01 / Who we are
Fifteen years of cable, conduit and paperwork.
SOG Electrical started in 2011 out of a single van and a toolbox in Dansoman. Today we run four crews, two service vans and a small workshop off the Spintex Road.
Our founder, Samuel Osei Gyamfi, trained as an apprentice under the old State Electrical Corporation before going out on his own. The habit stuck: every job gets a load calculation, a cable schedule and a signed test sheet before we call it finished. Most of our work now comes from people whose neighbours used us first.
We are registered with the Energy Commission and work to Ghana's GS 1009 wiring standard. We do domestic, commercial and light industrial work — and we are honest about the jobs we should not take.

04 / How we work
Four steps, no surprises.

Site visit and load survey
We come out, look at the building, count the circuits and work out what the supply can actually carry. Free within Greater Accra for jobs above a small threshold.
02
Written quote and cable schedule
You get a line-by-line quote with materials named and priced, plus a schedule showing which cable goes where. Nothing starts until you sign it.
03
Installation, tested as we go
Circuits are tested before they are covered up, not after. Photos of every concealed run are kept on file and sent to you at handover.
04
Handover and two-year warranty
You get the test sheet, the board labels, the photos and our number. Workmanship is covered for two years; we come back if it is our fault.

What things roughly cost.
Guide prices in Ghana cedis, labour only unless stated. Materials are quoted separately at cost plus a small handling margin, and every job gets a firm written figure before we start.
